Our insurance policy

We will assist you in receiving the maximum allowable benefits from your insurance plan. Upon finalizing the treatment plan, we will send a pre-determination of the proposed treatment to your insurance to help calculate your eligible coverage prior to treatment. As procedures are completed, we will also assist in submitting claims to the insurance company so you can receive reimbursement in a timely manner.

New patient platform

Once you are a patient at Little Italy Dentistry we create a profile for you on our easy to use online platform. All your patient information is just a click away in our patient portal. Here, you can track future appointments, view estimates, review treatment plans, change billing info and download your medical and health history all in one place.

Our fees

Our fees for services offered follow the Ontario Dental Association 2019 Fee Guides for our respective specialties. We will gladly provide you with a detailed estimate of any fees associated with your proposed treatment. This estimate will outline each procedure and its corresponding fee, plus any associated parts and/or lab fees.

Payment

Patients are processed for payment upon the completion of each visit. For client convenience, we offer payment through a variety of popularly accepted methods: Mastercard, Visa, Debit Card (Interac) and cash. We also accommodate third-party financing through DentalCard.

Cancellations

If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours may incur charges.
